We accept Debit, Credit,Checks, & Money orders.

Please remember if you are paying with a check or a money order to provide our company name: DOLPHIN MED-EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES

Invoices that are not disputed within 30 days are considered to be accurate and accepted. Payment terms are net 15 or 30 days. Overdue invoices are subject to the maximum allowable interest charges.

RETURN POLICY

Call to obtain authorization for the return of any item. Items must be return within 5 days of purchase date and needs to be in the original package.

Unauthorized returns are subject to restocking fees of 25% of price of all returned items and a $25.00 administrative charge. No RETURNS can be made after 20 days of purchase. Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser. No cash refunds issued and all credit balance will be applied to future purchases made within 180 days.

DAMAGED GOODS

Damaged or short shipments delivery, should be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If a

Shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged, note the damage on the delivery packing list and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. Contact our office to process a new order to replace the. Merchandise. Save the container and merchandise for inspection.

PRICING

Prices listed are professional prices to healthcare professionals and institutions. Individual product prices are effective January 2013 and are subject to change without notice.

SALES TAX & EXEMPTIONS

If you are exempt from tax, include a copy of your exemption or resale certificate with your payment. Your sales tax will then be credited and exempt for all future order.

 

LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

DOLPHIN MED-EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES warrants that all products shall be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of shipment or delivery. Other than the foregoing warranty, DOLPHIN MED-EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES makes no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other matter relating to the product. Customer must notify DOLPHIN MED-EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES of any manufacturing defect within 48 hours of discovery of the defect.

Upon a determination by DOLPHIN MED-EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES that the product is defective, DOLPHIN MED-EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES sole and exclusive obligation shall be to provide customer with a replacement product or a full refund of the purchase price.

If no event shall DOLPHIN MED-EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES be liable for any other costs or expenses including lost profits or direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages. In the event the product includes a warranty card or extended warranty from the manufacturer, customer’s sole recourse under such warranty shall be against the manufacturer. The warranty set forth herein shall govern all purchases, notwithstanding any inconsistent terms and conditions of customer’s invoice.
